To us, nothing says “grandma’s kitchen” better than the quintessential love bug: the all-american, all-amazing apple pie.
And, in our very own rendition of this celebrity, we use traditional french pastry techniques to create the flakiest of all crusts. The filling? Nothing short of decadence: a blend of freshly picked apples bathed in autumn-y spices. We might be biased, but we think this may just be the most beautiful tribute to pies everywhere. And, shall we say so ourselves, this might also be one of our biggest triumphs.
